No Returns or Exchanges
All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Minimum Order Requirement
A minimum order of $100 is required for all purchases.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns
To keep our prices low and offer wholesale items in small quantities, we do not maintain a returns or exchanges system. This allows us to avoid additional costs like processing, restocking, and extra shipping—savings we pass directly on to our customers.

Defective Items

  • Claims must be made within 2 days of delivery
  • Photos of the defective item(s) are required
  • Approved claims will receive store credit (no refunds)

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refused or Incorrect Address Orders

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A 30% restocking fee will apply
  • Reshipping requires additional shipping charges
